Via the West of England Combined Authority Careers Hub, Broadlands Academy is matched to an Enterprise Adviser. As a volunteer, the Enterprise Adviser helps Broadlands Academy builds connections with employers to improve young people's career prospects.

Hannah House, the Enterprise Adviser for Broadlands Academy, is a Regional Lettings Manager for Andrews Property Group based in Keynsham, overseeing Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. Having worked in the property industry since 2007, Hannah has earned a reputation as an industry expert in residential lettings and property management. Beyond her role in residential lettings, Hannah’s leadership style is dedicated to inspiring her team to achieve their upmost potential and fostering a collaborative and empowering work culture.

Outside the professional world, Hannah wears multiple hats as a mother, a wife, and a dedicated triathlete. Weekends find her immersed in a world of physical activity, whether it be running, cycling, swimming, or hiking in the forest. Hannah cherishes moments spent outdoors with friends and family, embodying a balanced and fulfilling life beyond the confines of the office.
